After years of supporting women as a naturopath and birth doula, one thing became clear: women need more than healthcare. They need a place where they feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
Too often, care is fragmented. Women see multiple healthcare providers who rarely communicate with one another. They are left searching for answers on their own and carrying the weight of their health without the support they deserve.
Oasis was created to change that
We envisioned a place where healthcare professionals work together, knowledge is shared, and every woman finds not only expert care, but also education, connection, and a sense of belonging.
I’m Anna Rabdano, a naturopath specializing in hormonal health and fertility, a birth doula, and an acupressure therapist.
My passion for women’s health grew from my own personal journey. Like many of the women I support today, I know what it’s like to search for answers, feel unheard, and long to understand what your body is trying to tell you. That experience has deeply shaped the way I care for every woman I work with.
Originally from a small town in Siberia, my journey has taken me to China, Thailand, and eventually Montreal. Along the way, I discovered different healing traditions that continue to shape my integrative approach, where modern science and traditional medicine work together to support the body as a whole.
Today, I believe that a consultation is about much more than a treatment plan or a list of supplements. My role is to listen, educate, and guide you toward a deeper understanding of your body, so you can make informed decisions about your health with confidence.
Whether you’re navigating hormonal imbalances, trying to conceive, preparing for birth, or simply looking to restore your well-being, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, understood, and supported every step of the way.
