About Oasis

More than just a clinic. A place where women belong.

Oasis was born from a simple belief: women deserve care that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to their unique needs.

Our Story

At Oasis, we believe women shouldn’t have to search for answers about their health on their own.

Too often, care is fragmented. You see different practitioners, receive different recommendations, and are left trying to connect the pieces yourself. It can be hard to understand what’s happening in your body when everything is looked at separately.

And taking care of our health has become more and more complicated. There’s always another supplement, diet, device, or routine to try. At some point, even wellness can start to feel like just another thing on our to-do list.

That’s why we wanted Oasis to be different.

A place where women can slow down, feel truly heard, and better understand their bodies. Where practitioners work together, share their knowledge, and look at each woman as a whole — her body, lifestyle, emotional well-being, and what’s actually going on in her life.

Because we don’t believe being healthy means doing everything perfectly. For us, it starts with understanding what you need, and then finding what truly works for you.

The path to healing starts with listening to what your body truly needs.

Meet Anna

I’m Anna Rabdano, a naturopath specializing in hormonal health and fertility, a birth doula, and an acupressure therapist.

My interest in women’s health grew out of my own journey. I know what it’s like to search for answers, feel unheard, and want to understand what’s happening in your own body. Even today, I’m still observing, learning, and listening to what I need.

I grew up in a small town in Siberia, and my journey eventually took me to China, Thailand, and then Montreal. Along the way, I discovered different ways of looking at health and the body that still influence the way I work today.

My approach brings together modern science, traditional health practices, and a deep respect for how interconnected the body truly is.

After years of practice, I’ve learned that a consultation, for me, is about much more than another protocol or a list of supplements.

It starts with listening.

I like to take the time to understand what’s going on, explain things, make connections, and help each woman better understand the language of her own body. I want her to understand the “why” behind what we’re doing and feel informed about the choices she makes for her health.

Not to give them another long list of things to do, but to find together what really matters and what feels realistic for where they are in their lives.

That way of looking at health became the foundation of Oasis.
