Osteopathy | Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupressure
Passionate about hands-on therapies, Adeline began her career in osteopathy, graduating in 2013. Wanting to take a broader approach to health and address energetic imbalances, she went on to study acupressure and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), earning her diploma in 2019.
By combining these approaches, she offers personalized care using a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization, fascial therapy, acupressure, Gua Sha, cupping, and Chinese dietary therapy.
Her holistic approach considers the physical, energetic, and emotional aspects of health.
She gently encourages each person to reconnect with their body, listen to its needs, and find their own path toward well-being.
Guided by curiosity and a genuine interest in people, Adeline is currently pursuing further training in counselling to bring even greater understanding, compassion, and care to her practice.
